	Notes: Florida state and local sales and tourist taxes is 12%. One time cleaning fee $85 will be waived for weekly or longer bookings. Pool heating is available upon request at $120/week (recommended Nov - Mar). Spa is on upon request at $80/week. Discount rate for both pool heating and spa is $160/week. We accept checks and credit cards. Credit-card payments are subject to a 4% fee except for deposit. We hold a short-term rental license that requires our villa meet all the safety and hygiene standards.
