Terms & Conditions

  1. DEPOSIT    The booking deposit is $250 for bookings of two weeks and shorter, add $100 for each additional week. It is due at the time of booking. At the time of total payment due, the booking deposit will become security deposit and will be returned to the renter two to four weeks after departure. The premises shall be reserved under renter's name as soon as the deposit reaches owner (first comes first serves). Please note any oral reservation shall not lock up the property. In case the property has any damage that leads to repair, the deposit may not be fully returned.
  2. RENTAL    The full payment is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival. Bookings made within 8 weeks are payable in full plus $250 deposit at the time of booking. The owners reserve the right to cancel the booking if payment is not received by the due date.
  3. CANCELLATION CHARGE    You may cancel your reservation at any time with a $50 cancellation fee. Every effort will be made to re-book your dates, but IF we are unable to do so, the following cancellation charge will apply:
    - More than 8 weeks from check-in date, deposit only;
    - Between 6 and 8 weeks from check-in date, deposit plus 25% of the rental;
    - Between 4 and 6 weeks from check-in date, deposit plus 50% of rental;
    - Less than 4 weeks from check-in date, deposit plus 75% of rental.
    - Less than 1 week from check-in date, deposit plus the rental.
    Note: We encourage you to buy Trip insurance from InsureMyTrip.com if the cancellation chance is high.
  4. ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE    The rental commences at 4pm on the day of arrival and ceases at 11am on the day of departure. Early check-in and late check-out may sometimes be available at the owner's discretion, but an extra charge may be applied. The property will be cleaned before your arrival and again on your departure, but we ask that you please leave the house in a clean and tidy condition. Rentals are inclusive of cable, electricity and water. Local telephone calls are free.
  5. LIABILITY    The owners or their agents do not accept any liability whatsoever for death, personal injury, accidents, loss or damage to persons or personal effects, however caused.
  6. INVENTORY    No items may be removed from the house. This includes linens and towels. Please report any breakage or damage to the Owner.
  7. HOUSE RULES    For the comfort of all our guests please note that our vacation villa is a non-smoking home and no pets are allowed.
