The Villa
Our villa is a single house with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a dining room, a family room and a game room. It is fully furnished and is beautifully decorated. It has central air conditioning throughout and is well equipped with all amenities you possibly need in your own home. This spacious villa can accommadate 8 guests comfortably and 10 guests if the sofa bed is used.
Outside the villa, there is a private swimming pool and a hot tub spa. Pool deck has ample space for dining and relaxing. Both pool and hot tub can be heated and the pool area is screened to protect you from insects. There is also a direct access to the pool from the master's bathroom.
The community also has a children's playground, a basketball court, a full size tennis court, and a public swimming pool. Our management company, one of the best in the area, provides professional services and is 24-hour on call for our guests.
A public library and a Tourist Information Tower/Welcome Center are also close by, where you can get discount tickets, tourist guidance, and all kinds of information about the local attractions and activities.
For the safety and comfort of all our guests we request that there be no smoking and no pets inside the villa.
